"The fluctuating incidence of the burden of proof under the Hague-Visby Rules", was presented by The Honourable Justice A M Stewart at this year's Richard Cooper Memorial Lecture.
The Memorial Lecture was established in honour of the late Justice Richard Cooper of the Federal Court of Australia.
UQ Law and the Federal Court of Australia have joined in expressing appreciation to those who joined them in Brisbane for this year's special occasion as well as those who tuned in from the courts across Australia.
The organisations have issued an open invite to the 2020 lecture, which will be dedicated to native title.
The 2019 paper is now available to download and a photo gallery from the evening is available to view online.
