MLAANZ

The Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand was established in 1974 with the objects of advancing reforms in maritime law and facilitating justice in its administration. It provides a forum for the discussion and consideration of problems relating to maritime law and acts with foreign and other associations to bring about the unification of maritime and commercial law, maritime customs, usages and practices, and a greater harmony in the shipping laws, regulations and practices of different nations.
